[Boost-build] Python status

Hello,

I'm beginning to dig into a proper implementation of Java targets for
bjam - a 'jar' equivalent to lib.  I've had some success with
extending using the Jam language so far, but I'm a bit more inclined
to use Python.  According to the status page, all the toolset code is
'pending'.  If that's accurate, is there any reasonable way for me to
use the Python port of the boost-build?
