Subject: [Boost-build] removed files forcing rebuilding

I have been doing some restructuring on my files. When I rename or
move directories, bjam does not recompile tests that depend on that
file (due to it no longer existing where the source includes it). Is
there someway to trigger a missing header to cause a rebuild?
