thank you for writing this up -- it is pretty concise and direct tutorial,
and is better in some respects than the official documentation. For the short
term, I have an action item to add link to this tutorial from the Boost.Build
website. In the longer term, hopefully some parts of it, or all of it, or
structuring ideas thereof, can be included in the official documentation.
