Hi,

Would it be possible to change boostbook.jam so that it always
regenerates boostbook_catalog.xml for a documentation build? At the
moment if the user changes their settings it doesn't update it which
makes setting up boostbook trickier. Generating it is pretty fast so
it might as well be done every time.
