[Boost-build] mc generator

Hi, while compiling the Boost.Log with gcc-mingw-4.4.0 or on with msvc-9.0express (Boost 1.41) I get the error.

'mc' n'est pas reconnu en tant que commande interne
ou externe, un programme ex,cutable ou un fichier de commandes.

Where can I get the mc generator?
Is there something I need to add to my user.config file?
Is this generator available on cygwin?
