Could you elaborate on the problem? It's sounds like it's been in two
versions of boost, and I'm unclear on why it wasn't fixed in-between.
What is the fix in the code? I have a specialized environment system that I
have to work with, and it would be simpler for me to patch boost.build, if
that was possible, instead.
