[Boost-build] Building using stlport

I am trying to build boost using stlport and msvc 8 and I cant seem to do it. 
No matter what I do.  I really just want to download the headers and stlport
(-p) libs.  I dont need to make changes to source, just want to use boost. 
And need to use stlport because I am using a third party library that
requires it.  Is there anywhere I can just download those libs and headers. 
I can only seem to find the std libs.
