And it's not documented in Boost.Build docs because it's not a Boost.Build
option -- it's option for building Boost C++ Libraries. We seem to have
a hole, whereby options specific to Boost C++ Libraries are not documented
in any HTML file -- I hope to fix this by 1.43.
