[Boost-build] preprocessor

Hi,
I have a tool that reads .cc or .hh files and generates an other .hh
file that other files in the project can include.
I have looked at qt4.jam to try to figure out how to do but I am not
coming anywhere.
Has anyone implemented a similar preprocessor before that can give some tips?
