I'm trying to diagnose a problem with compilation between two systems. 
(Works on one, and not on the other.)  So I figured I'd take the output 
of bjam -d+2 -a and compare for any differences.  But the order of 
compilation between the two is different which means tons of almost 
certainly false positive differences.  How does bjam determine the order 
it builds the dependencies, and is there any way to force it to be 
consistent?
