I've got permission, and attached a tarball. I could probably edit it
down even more, but I wanted to keep at least some .cpp files for the
utilities library. And unfortunately, one uses Boost. (The Boost stuff
is only used by the Path.h and Path.cpp files. Remove them, and I can
compile lib utilites as a shared object, but not link against it.)
I'm compiling from a prompt in the same directory as the Jamroot, with
the command:
bjam utilities/tests/RealTimeStopWatch-01 release -d+2 -a
