Hi !
I've upgraded our internal repository to Boost 1.43.0 and now our BuildBot is 
"failing" because Boost.Build (bjam most probably) always exits with exit code 
0, meaning all is okay.

This can be reproduced with the attached test case. The Boost.Test included 
exits with code 201 but bjam happily reports 0.

My current observations are:

- trunk exit code 0 always
- release branch exit code 0 always
- 1_43_0 exit code 0 always

bjam version:
- trunk Boost.Jam  Version 3.1.19. OS=LINUX.
- release branch Boost.Jam  Version 3.1.18. OS=LINUX
- 1_43_0 Boost.Jam  Version 3.1.18. OS=LINUX.
  
I've tested with Boost.Jam version 3.1.17 and there the exit code is 1 as 
expected.

Can someone confirm this and has any ideas what is broken ?
I've tried to get some information from the logs but no luck...
