[Boost-build] Documentation missing for rules

In the Boost Build documentation I see no documentation in the Reference 
section for these built-in rules:

using
import
local

Also the features "compile, compile-fail, link, link-fail, run, 
run-fail" link to a section called "Testing" and that topic is 
completely blank.
