[Boost-build] Cannot find details/ directory

Hello everyone. I am a newbie :) & this is my first post.

I am following the guide given here
http://cpptcl.sourceforge.net/doc/compiling.html . I am using MS VS 2005 & i
am trying to run the code given in the guide (hello.cpp) . According to the
guide i'll have to include "cpptcl.h" & few files in details directory . I
have included the cpptcl.h but not able to find the details/ . Hence i am
getting the error file building the code .

fatal error C1083: Cannot open include file: 'details/conversions.h': No
such file or directory

How do i resolve this?
