I'd like to bump Christian's request.
It's quite mysterious he's getting linker error when everything
works well "out of the box" for me.

Simply, I get the proper test binary built:
libboost_unit_test_framework-vc100-mt-gd-1_45.lib
but Christian does not get it built and we can not understand
what makes the different results.
