Hi,

I updated my quickbook generated html-docs for 1.46.1 and found that
the links to the images were broken. My current quickbook toolchain
generates links that assume the location of images in
<boost_root>/doc/src/images. But it seems like this path has been
deleted from trunk. Has this been done on purpose?

<boost_root>/doc/src/images is available in 1.46.0 as well as in the
current release branch.
