BTW, that link still points to http://www.boost.org/boost-build2 as
the official web site for Boost.Build which, in turn, points to the
old boost-build version 2.0-m12 files on sourceforge
(http://prdownloads.sourceforge.net/boost/boost-build-2.0-m12.tar.bz2)
