I tried to set a conditional requirement for all targets of an alias as 
an alias build requirement, but the conditional requirement was never 
added to the command line of each target. Is this not possible ? Do I 
add it to the alias usage requirements instead ?

The doc for 'alias' seems incomplete to me and does not tell me if 
requirements of an alias, which is applied to all its targets, is 
possible or not.
