Subject: [Boost-build] Boost.build bjam build issues in 1.47

Hi,
This is somewhat related to Paul Bristow's recent issue. I don't know if
this is the correct venue for this sort of question; feel free to point
me elsewhere if it is not.
IAE, I downloaded the boost_1_47_0.zip package because I wanted a clean
version of bjam to do some experimentation with. I followed the
installation instructions here:
http://www.boost.org/boost-build2/doc/html/bbv2/installation.html
(I did check the instructions in the package; they are the same.)
The first failure I had was that bootstrap.sh was not executable.
However, since I only wanted to build bjam I decided to use the 'If'
clause on that page and went into the tools/build/v2 directory. In that
directory bootstrap.sh was also not executable, and also had to have
dos2unix run on it before I could run it. Once I did that I found that
engine/build.sh was also not executable, so bootstrap.sh could not
execute that. Once I fixed that bootstrap.sh generated a bjam which I
could install and run.
