[Boost-build] I can't build boost

I'm novice with boost. I built boost 1.47.0 under Windows / MinGW as
follows:

unpack boost archive to D:\ and rename root folder to "boost"
run Windows command line
cd D:\boost\tools\build\v2
run bootstrap.bat mingw
run b2 --prefix=D:\boost\tools\build\b2 install
Add "D:\boost\tools\build\b2\bin" to PATH
cd D:\boost
run b2 --build-type=complete toolset=gcc stage

and all was OK.
If I do the same with boost 1.48.0, the last step fails. And output is:
