Unfortunately, those automated are
a) using prefixed binaries
b) hopelessly outdated

I use Ruben van Boxem's (rubenvb) personal builds from

http://sourceforge.net/projects/mingw-
w64/files/Toolchains%20targetting%20Win32/Personal%20Builds/rubenvb/release/

for 32- and 64-Bit compilation.

One alternatives I have used is TDM
http://tdm-gcc.tdragon.net/
