   Could you give a minimal project reproducing this behaviour? I tried 
reproducing it here and everything I tried seems to work fine.

   My example is attached and it displays the expected paths no matter 
whether it gets run from the root project folder or the 'Oklahoma' 
subfolder.

   Tested on a Windows 7 PC using the latest trunk Boost Build sources 
and a bjam executable built using msvc-9.0.
