   Thanks for reporting this.

   Fixed and an related internal Boost Build unit test added in revision 
[79665] - http://svn.boost.org/trac/boost/changeset/79665

   I'd be happy if others could review the fix and check whether they 
can see a use-case when these path feature values now get modified to an 
incorrect path, i.e. prepared relative to an incorrect base folder.

   This implementation covers all the use cases I could think so, and 
(hopefully :-)) prepares the folders relative to the folder where the 
target those properties relate to is located.
