   Great to hear, and thanks for the testing/fixes/feedback. I'll commit 
these changes in order then.

   I'll try to review the related code in both doxygen.jam & 
boostbook.jam tomorrow to make it consistently use the 'root project' as 
per Steven Watanabe's suggestion. I'll add/update related comments and 
then get back to you to retest 'in real life'. :-)
