   My guess is that this gets reported when attepting to build a 
boostbook target of HTML, DOCBOOK, FO, PDF, PS or TESTS format. I just 
fixed a bug related to that (which I believe was also introduced by me, 
sorry...) that could cause problems like this - revision [80145].

   Could you please retest and report whether it works ok now?
