Well, gcc-3.4 has no "visibility" support. But dllexport/import should work.
The tricky part is to get this test to be executed if not targeting anything
windowslike. Just ignore this.

This test is from Boost.Locale which you have disabled. No library, no config
test it needs.

Well, I gave up on 3.x ages ago and start with 4.4 again. It is simply too
old.
