I threw the Jamfile up on Github for using the system installed boost as 
if you are using the boost sources. If someone has something better, I 
would love to see it.

Nice documentation of check-target-builds and regex would be great. I 
wrote the majority of this script a year or two ago, I don't even 
remember why the quotes are necessary.
