Ah, yes. Those are earlier than Steven changes.

Yes. Please find my last attempt attached.

boost_root.diff for the master repository 
boost_build.diff for the change to Boost.Build

This should enable "b2 headers" for symlink generation. Building Boost 
libraries was fine, too. Never figured out why building the regression tests 
failed mysteriously.
