Can you figure out which targets are getting
dropped? You should be able to get it from
the -d+12 output. I want to know about the
targets that are dropped whose dependencies
are up-to-date. (If a target is dropped than
all the targets that depend on it are also
dropped, of course. I don't care about those.)
