[Boost-build] jamroot.jam install path incorrect

The jamroot.jam file in v2 (origin/master in git) is trying to install this file which is not in the src dir but at the root:

    $(SELF)/src/boost-build.jam

This change is what caused it:

SHA-1: d3015e3ea44cb7cd7d9dfd9e455a653167ccf87a

* Update relative paths.

Should boost-build.jam be moved into src also?
