Juraj, thanks a lot, it works like a charm. You saved me and my team
countless hours.

Just one note: I applied the patch as follows: msvc.jam (bundled in Boost
1.55) + Your Pulled Request + Your 0001 fix.

When applying it in that order, the 0001 patch is rejected with "Hunk #1
FAILED at 1015". I patched it manually and it works ok. Please find
attached my finally working msvc.jam.
