It is now tools/build.

I'll see whether I can change that path in docs - it's not Boost.Build docs, but the
getting started guide apparently.

The standard procedure:

        ./bootstrap.sh
        ./b2 <options>

works just the same. Why do you need to know the location of Boost.Build?
