Folks,

as of now I'm the only one moderator of this list; that's not perfect, and I would appreciate if somebody
already active on this list step up as backup moderator. Two people would be even better.

Pretty much the only task is to moderate first-time posts; the list is configured so that if somebody
joins and posts, the email is held for moderation. If the email is related to computer programming in
any way, it's approved and the moderation flag for the poster is cleared. It's rare for more than a couple
of such cases per week, and I usually catch them.
