I'm complaining about the way you address particular issues. I think
if you step back a little and look at from a user perspective, you'll
be more successful. I realize that I've failed to convince you that
things could be improved if you did this so I'll let you get back
to work. Maybe this discussion might trigger some ideas next
time you need to address some particular complaint. Good luck
