[Boost-build] build boost python examples without bjam

Hi,

The bjam build seem broken for python binding examples (it looks for a 
non existing bootstrap.jam in a non existing v2 directory on a build 
tree that it built... usual bjam stuff). The build of boost itself went ok.

Anyway, I will need to use python binding with a standard build system 
and was wondering if there are some information on the how to build 
those example without bjam ?

Any hint would be greatly appreciated.
