That's a discussion happening on boost-devel, so I suppose we don't
need to repeat it here.

Also, note that the posted patch actually make it impossible to build
Boost.Python again anything but system-wide Boost on a Linux-like
system, so we're not even at the point where outcome of boost-devel
discussion matters.
