I am subscribing to the mailing lists through Mozilla Thunderbird (using
the gmane addressed news.gmane.org on port 119). I can then subscribe to
several ML (gmane.comp.lib.boost.build, gmane.comp.lib.boost.test, or
even cmake etc) with just one tool, and have offline cache, search
(content, title, author, etc), and many other functionalities.

This is much more convenient than any web interface, and this is fast.
