[Boost-build] docutils usage

Hello,

I'd like to use the docutils tool to transform an RST file to html and pdf.
Right now I use the "html" rule from
https://github.com/boostorg/boost/blob/master/more/getting_started/Jamfile.v2
but that doesn't let me set / override the output file / directory.
How can I set the output file explicitly ?

Also, is there a way to generate pdfs from RST using a Boost.Build
built-in tool ?
