Be careful, if you want to use Boost.MPI, that there are special instructions in the boost documentation when using Intel's implementation of MPI.
Apparently, Intel decided to break the -show* and/or -config_* options of mpicc/mpiicc and the configuration must be done manually (which is kind of tricky with bjam).

> You don't need a bjam as prerequisite, the boost build will create and use its own. You can build boost just your basic system tools and the boost tarball. In fact a gcc-built boost library should be compatible with the Intel compiler.
