Subject: [Boost-build] how can I build boost 1_61_0 with Clang 3.7 with Microsoft CodeGen?

Is there a way to specify that I want to use the v140_clang_3_7 platform
toolset to the Boost.Build engine so I can create all the Boost binaries
using the command line, something like this:
b2 --build-dir="C:\Documents and Settings\dave\build-boost"
--build-type=complete msvc stage
Except that I would want 64 bit modules and clang compiler...
