Boost-1.48 was released before the compiler that you are using, so it knows nothing about it.

The errors in your log also indicate that you are linking code compiled with one msvc version to libraries compiled with a different version - and that's never going to work.  I assume you turned off auto-linking and all the protection from this (and other) errors it provides?

That's not an error - it's a #pragma message to inform you that you're into unknown territory with all bets off....
