As I mentioned I've been trying to keep track of the large thread I
started. So before we get too far ahead of ourselves let me post what I've
jotted down so far. Note, I know it's incomplete, and that it will never be
complete. But feel free to mention anything we should add.

First I created a roadmap of a sorts as a Trello board <
https://trello.com/b/X5pYVnF8>. It contains the overall points raised so
far. It doesn't have any details as I figured we have the email archives to
get those from. And..

I also started on some formal design documentation in the wiki at <
https://github.com/boostorg/build/wiki/B3-Introduction>. Which is where we
can write down the more detailed info as we formalize it.
