Looking at
http://www.boost.org/development/tests/develop/developer/python.html I
still don't see any numpy tests in the Boost.Python test suite. I'm not
sure what I need to do to reach out to the testers to tell them to add
python-numpy to the prerequisite packages in the development
environment. As was pointed out before,
http://www.boost.org/development/running_regression_tests.html is
extremely vague.
