Any help is appreciated.  I'm chomping at the bit.  I want to get back coding stuff for Flash.  I want to make a mini Flash so I can do multiplayer flash games I want to write :)

Ah.  That would explain why cl doesn't work.
Auto-detection of the toolset is obviously
getting it wrong.

I believe that you just need to build
the System library which Asio depends on.
So, from the root of the Boost distribution:

.\bootstrap.bat gcc
.\b2 --with-system
