Subject: [Boost-cmake] cmake not on release branch

I'm wondering what the story is with this... is it OK to merge the cmakelists
and whatnot over there, so that releases end up being cmake-buildable? I'm
guessing whoever is building binary installers w/ cmake has to jump through some
hoops to get that done.
