I would like to setup a dashboard for the Boost CMake builds.  We 
already have the dashboard setup here:

http://my.cdash.org/index.php?project=boost

I can run a few of the clients at Kitware.   I would like other people 
to contribute some build machines as well.   I guess the first thing we 
need is a ctest script to drive the build.
