When following the instructions for editing documentation at
http://beta.boost.org/development/website_updating.html, I want to
examine the resulting page to make sure it looks OK.  However, none of
the pages, when viewed as HTML files in an SVN working copy, seem to
look right, because the links to stylesheets are all absolute
(e.g. "/style/section-support.css").  Why don't we switch everything
to relative links (e.g. "../style/section-support.css")?  Seems to
work nicely for me.
