Yes, there will be a permanent location, or two :-) I haven't gone in
and put the appropriate redirects to have the existing "/libs/*" URIs
redirected to "/doc/libs/release/libs/*" (same applies to other current
URIs like "/doc"). And another to redirect from "/doc/libs/release/*" to
"/doc/libs/1_34_1/*".
