[Boost-docs] Doc build stylesheet version?

Subject: [Boost-docs] Doc build stylesheet version?

I made some minor changes to the boost config docs, and rebuilt them.

While the resulting html pages look good in a browser, I notice that
the HTML just generated used an older stylesheet.

Current trunk version of
...\libs\config\doc\html\boost_config\acknowledgements.html:

<html>
<head>
<meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=ISO-8859-1">
<title>Acknowledgements</title>
<link rel="stylesheet" href="../../../../../doc/html/boostbook.css"
type="text/css">
<meta name="generator" content="DocBook XSL Stylesheets V1.74.0">
<link rel="home" href="../index.html" title="Boost.Config">
<link rel="up" href="../index.html" title="Boost.Config">
<link rel="prev" href="rationale.html" title="Rationale">
</head>

Freshly generated version:

<html>
<head>
<meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=US-ASCII">
<title>Acknowledgements</title>
<link rel="stylesheet" href="../../../../../doc/html/boostbook.css"
type="text/css">
<meta name="generator" content="DocBook XSL Stylesheets V1.69.1">
<link rel="start" href="../index.html" title="Boost.Config">
<link rel="up" href="../index.html" title="Boost.Config">
<link rel="prev" href="rationale.html" title="Rationale">
</head>

Notice the freshly generated file says "DocBook XSL Stylesheets
V1.69.1" while the trunk version says "DocBook XSL Stylesheets
V1.74.0". There are a lot of diffs in the document relating to HTML
markup.

Is this a problem?

Is http://svn.boost.org/trac/boost/wiki/BoostDocs/GettingStarted#Cygwin
out of date? It says to use docbook-xml42. Or have I done something
wrong?

Also, I'm getting warnings that [br] tags I added are deprecated. What
should I replace them with?

Thanks,
