Is there any way to get code in doxygen \code blocks to be
syntax-highlighted? Thinking of stuff like the code blocks in the
description of
http://boost-sandbox.sourceforge.net/doc/html/boost/proto/fold_tree.html.

It seems unlikely that there is anything we can do about that, right?
